Mark Murray, a private equity veteran who founded an energy and industrial services focused private equity firm, has partnered with Southeastern family offices to lead Fire Pit Capital.

Mark sits on the boards of four operating businesses associated with his prior firm, all of which are in middle market and most of which have exhibited significant growth. Previously, Mark led the strategic investing platform for Dominion Energy (NYSE:D) and had a number of asset management, operating and legal roles while there. He is an attorney and CPA who received his BBA from the University of Georgia and his JD from the University of Richmond.
